24 ounces vanilla yogurt, lowfat
12 ounces berries — frozen, no sugar added, thawed
1⁄2 cup lowfat granola
Spoon half of a container of yogurt into a parfait dessert dish.
Spoon in some of the berries and top with the remaining yogurt.
Set aside in the fridge until ready to serve.
Sprinkle 2 T. granola on each parfait just before serving.
