3⁄4 cup milk or plant-based milk (cashew, almond, soy oat, etc…)
6 ounces 2% milkfat plain Greek yogurt
1 avocado, peeled and pitted
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup frozen baby spinach
10 to 12 fresh mint leaves
2 Tablespoons honey
4 to 6 ices cubes
Add all ingredients, in the order listed, to a high-powered blender.
Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high until shake is smooth.
Pour and serve immediately.
