1 quart skim or 1% low-fat milk
1 cup fat-free egg substitute
1⁄4 cup sugar
1⁄2 cup fat-free instant vanilla pudding mix
2 – 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
1⁄2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend for 30 – 60 seconds or until smooth.
Chill for several hours.
Shake or stir well. Serve in glasses or mugs.
