Peanut Butter & Honey Blondies

Ingredients

15 ounce can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

12 cup natural peanut butter

14 cup honey or pure maple syrup

14 cup coconut sugar or regular sugar

1 Tablespoon almond milk or regular milk

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

12 teaspoon sea salt

12 teaspoon baking powder

14 teaspoon baking soda

12 cup chocolate chips

Dash of sea salt and 2 Tablespoons chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 9-inch glass baking dish.

Put all of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips into a strong blender or food processor. Blend until you reach a smooth consistency.

Add 12 cup chocolate chips and mix by hand. Pour mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips and sea salt.

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until the edges pull away from the pan. The top will be set and golden brown. Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes before eating.
