2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
Dash white pepper
3 cups strawberries – sliced, about 1 pound
12 ounces sherbet — lemon is very good
Combine sugar, vinegar and white pepper. Fold in Strawberries. Marinate 30 minutes.
Spoon sherbet into dessert dishes; top with strawberries. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired. Serve.
Serving Idea: Add a square of Dark Chocolate as a garnish; be sure that it is 60% cacao or higher to maximize the health benefits of the chocolate.
