1 pound salmon fillets
1 1⁄2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder
1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin
1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Nonstick cooking spray
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Combine all of the ingredients together except the salmon fillets in a small bowl. Rub spice mixture over the flesh of the salmon fillets. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Spray a glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place salmon fillets in a glass baking dish skin side down.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until heated through.
Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
